Arctic Sauna Recovery Shipping Policy

At Arctic Sauna Recovery, we strive to provide a smooth and professional shipping experience for your sauna purchase. Please review the details below to prepare for your delivery:

Shipping Process

  • Order Processing: Your sauna will ship within 1-6 weeks, depending on availability. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.
  • Delivery Scheduling: The freight carrier will contact you 24-48 hours before delivery to arrange a date and time. Delivery windows are typically 4 hours.
  • Curbside Delivery: Saunas are delivered curbside to your home by a 53-ft semi-truck. The driver will unload the shipment to the curb or the end of your driveway using a lift gate when possible.

Packaging and Assembly

  • Sauna Kits: All Arctic Sauna Recovery saunas are delivered as kits requiring assembly. Depending on the size of the sauna, your order will arrive in 1 to multiple boxes strapped to a pallet.
  • Assembly: While smaller saunas may arrive in a single box, larger saunas consist of multiple boxes. These are manageable but typically require two people for assembly. Additionally, if your sauna requires electrical work, it is essential to hire a licensed electrician to ensure safe and proper installation.

Inspection Upon Delivery

  1. Examine the Shipment: Before signing the delivery receipt, carefully inspect the packaging for any visible damage, including scratches, dents, or holes.
  2. Note Damage: Document any damage on the bill of lading (BOL). If there is significant damage to the box, write “Possible Hidden Damage” on the BOL.
  3. Refuse Delivery for Extreme Damage: In cases of severe damage (e.g., large holes, extensive crushing), do not accept the delivery. Contact Arctic Sauna Recovery immediately for assistance.

Important Delivery Notes

  • Remote Locations: Deliveries to remote areas or locations with narrow roads, long driveways, low-hanging trees, or similar challenges may require special arrangements. Please inform us of such conditions when placing your order to avoid delays.
  • Island Deliveries: Deliveries to islands or similarly isolated areas may incur additional fees, which will be communicated in advance.
